Nortriptyline with low dose Wellbutrin?

I was just wondering if nortriptyline can be augmented by a low dose of Wellbutrin, or is this combination contraindicated? I apologize in advance if this question has already been asked and answered (I didn't come across see in the archives).

If the wellbutrin/nort combo is a no go, then would Zoloft be more activating to combine with nort than Celexa?
