Hi:
I've been on WB for more than four years along with other meds. and it has been working on me quite well. However, if your daughter has 'eating problem,' then I have no clue whether the WB is good for her. Also, some of WB takers complaining about irritability, anxiety and insomnia caused by the WB. In my case, other med., the Zyprexa 5 mg. has a good 'counteract' efficacy to not get me in that place. In my 'personal' experience on the WB, it's a good AD which also has ADD efficacy, because a depression often brings on ADD even you're NOT officially dx'ed. Actually, I got the WB when I had concentration problem, ... not for a depression, but I found this med. has AD efficacy as time progressed. Also, other meds. similar to the WB are available, ... but I just can't remember those names, except 'Provigil(sp?).'That being said, ... irritability is a depressive side of Bp, however dysphoria/intense anger and rage is a part of 'bad' form of 'hypomania.' Then, mostly likely her pdoc. may ask which form of irritability/anger she has. For me, the Zyprexa is good for 'dysphoric'(bad hypomania) and WB for irritability and concentration.
Please let us know about your daughter's progress.
H.G.
