Will adding Anafranil to Celexa help with OCD?

For over 4 years my OCD was under control with celexa. Since late last year, I've been up and down a lot and this week have been WAAAAY down. My pdoc added anafranil on Monday, 25mg, working up to 150mg. Will this addition help with the OCD or is it just like adding more celexa?
