Well you learn something new everyday. I just did a web search and found two interesting things about beta blockers. One was the common side=effects which include mild chronic fatigue, low excercise tolerance, sedation, nightmares, increased airway resistance, and bradycardia. Okay I knew this but it doesn't say a thing about it being okay or dangerous to excerise. Then I went to another site by a cardiologist which said "Beta blockers say good-bye to excess adrenaline, I'm here first." The excess adrenaline is excreted in the urine. He does say check with your MD first. I think these were all meant for people with known cardiac disease. So, if your doc says okay, than I guess it is. Anyone else? Fondly, Phillipa
