> I just started parnate today. I'm quite paranoid about the diet restrictions already. Some things I'd like to keep eating are tofu, soy based veggie burgers and supplements, and whey protein... I'm told to avoid soy products and protein supplements, and the veggie burgers and the like probably contain yeast extract too. Anyone think some of these things are ok? Hmm, I'm not sure what I am suppose to eat for protein if they are not. I'm a veggitarian and enjoy bodybuilding so have always eaten really high amounts of these things. I guess I have to give up the bodybuilding.

> -supermanHi,
buy BP measure and see how you react to small amounts of the resctricted food. This way I excluded only beer and red wine from my diet while I was on Parnate.
