I don't have mania though. I have social anxiety and a BPD. I've never been manic and I'm not bipolar. It is unlikely I will get meds other than an SSRI. Perhaps I should concentrate on CBT?
I'm very curious about where one read that SSRIs have mood stabilizing effects though.
