You might want to keep some cyproheptadine at hand in case the syndrome emerges. These are things best discussed with your doctor.

That is exciting indeed. I wish I didn't have such an intense exacerbation of my depression with moclobemide or I would consider the combination myself. I wish you luck with it. It sounds like a potent combination.
