Bipolar dreams??

I seems to be having dreams/nightmares again after a long period of time of not having any. I wonder if it has anything to do with me not being in a hypomania stage? It just seems like its been months and months since i have had dreams like this and now all the sudden they are back. And they started right before i began taking my new medication (trileptal) so its not related to that. I dont know. I have had dreams of ppl getting murdered, me winning money, etc.. I am just wondering if your mind isnt racing (as in a bp high* stage) that can cause me to be able to dream and actually remember them??
