Yes there is and I can't remember the name of it, but there is a also a toothpaste as well. Ask the pharmacist. If not your dentist will have it.
It's really important to take care of this problem because you can get cavities from it. If I remember the name I will post it. Ask for artificial saliva and they will know what you want. It's odourless, colourless and flavourless.
