I think it would definitely be best to stay at 45mg for the time being. It seems to be very effective (for you) at 45mg, it will probably be *even more* effective in a few weeks time :-D Anyway, you are having a few side effects and they might get worse if you increase the dose! Some people find that the anorgasmia disappears after a few months :-)
