Hi. I wonder how much blood sugar levels have to do with it. I will try taking the chromium at night instead of in the morning and see if I notice a difference.

Thanks,
Maxime

In answer to your question, yes, I sometimes wake up with dark, hopeless thoughts and a sense of dread for no apparent reason. I sometimes wonder if it is caused by flucuations in blood sugar, depending on what I have, or haven't, eaten the night before. I found when I started taking about 400mcg of chromium before bed that it didn't happen (or rarely), except perhaps during the last 3 days or so of PMS. I hate it when it happens. It is so unnerving.

I didn't go to sleep with them, but in the morning they are there. My pdoc says this can happen and it's call the "Bunny Switch" named after the doctor who discover it (I don't know if I spelled his name right).
