Strattera induced depression in my daughter who has dysthymia and social anxiety. We started low and slow and the depression and fatigue got worse as the dose increased. The reverse was true and her mood and energy increased as we weaned her off.

Provigil definitely increases alertness and energy. Found that 150mg in the AM and 50mg at lunch works best for her.
