When I was much younger my anxiety, panic attacks, unreality feelings, "living in a nightmare" feelings would switch off round about 9pm. Then I fell in love with everybody and everything and felt "rescued". Like I was reliving the emotions of a real event without remembering it. This was before I ever drank BTW
