100-120mg Ritalin IR isn't uncommon in narcoleptics dosing 5-6 times a day cos of its short H/L

I correspond with a lady in the US who takes 30mg adderall 4x a day 120mg.

I have read of a guy on www.sleepnet.com who takes 2 30mg Adderall IR pills 4x day=240mg!!
for Narcolepsy. His Doc has told him not to ask for a higher dose!!
