This site DOES help people! This site is a place where all of us (who have usually felt alone with these problems) Can discuss them. Discuss our problems and solutions with medications and other plain 'ol anxiety and depression problems. If you HAVE actually read the past 5 years of post's you would see that many people ARE being helped and have said so many times on these posts. So please stay civial.
