Start taking it tonight and see what happens. You have to at least give it a go. The dosage is so small too. I hope it helps with sleep.

Did you tell your Dr. the pills were from 2003? I wouldn't worry about it. The problem might be that they are less effective. You shall soon find out.

I used to take high doses of it and then when I couldn't tolerate it any longer was down to 12.5mg. The pdoc ordered 25mg once a day. I had a choice of prozac also. I chose Luvox because of my OCD [rituals, and counting]. Pdoc said prozac also helped OCD. I didn't know this. What do you think? I'm kind of afraid to try it again. Especially when she said "well maybe you're depressed". I don't know if she meant she didn't think I was depressed. She kept bringing up anxiety. I'm totally confused by meds at this point. Any help with all or part of above would be appreciated. Thanks, Phillipa
