The provigil and dexedrine PLUS the topomax? No wonder you can't sleep. Some people get sleepy on Topomax and others get agitated. Did your doctor agree to all of this? I can't imagine the dexedrine and provigil is good for someone with migraines. Maybe you should look into something else and just use the Topomax for now.

> Am starting topamax (it says 3 at night, 75 mg). I began one last night (25 mg) and woke so many times, so dizzy. Is that normal? I walked to the bathroom banging into walls! Then I took one this morning (mistake, I realize, because I should titrate slowly, 25 mg every two weeks, so won't take any tonight). Is it better to take at night or the morning for side effects, such as stomach ache, tingling, heartburn, dizziness? Anyone have any trouble waking? I am taking them for migraines, but also read about it benefitting (of course) weight loss, and even for depression! I'm also taking provigil and dexedrine for lethargy, motivation, focus, and mood. Does anyone know of any trouble taking these together? Or 5-htp, or any other alternatives? I guess that crosses boards and asks a lot! I'm just trying as much as I can!
