What about Wellbutrin 150 XL and 37.5 of Eff?

Ever since I added the 75mg of Effexor to the Wellbutrin and I tired during the day, but can't sleep at night. Weird - tired and insomnia at the same time.
Would the fatigue from the Effexor be lessened if I lowered the dose?
If I take Trazodone with the combo I can't get up in the morning and I'm dizzy all day.
Wellbutrin alone makes me irritable and anxious.
