I am offering my opinion as a rank amateur, but one who can read and interpret the literature.
As lamotrigine is rapidly absorbed, you'd likely have experienced the effect of the peak plasma concentration by now. The symptoms you describe are not in themselves of concern. If you experience difficulty in focussing your eyes, or muscle weakness, obtain emergency medical care for observation purposes. There is no specific treatment, except the passage of time, in any case. The risks, slight though they may be, involve loss of muscle strength in breathing, and you show no signs of that at all. They'd offer supportive care, until your body got past that difficulty.

Lamotrigine has a relatively long, but highly variable half-life. Your own body will have adjusted uniquely to your dose regimen, so it's hard to make solid predictions. I would take your regular doses from here on in. The peak concentration that you created here will simply subside over time, and by maintaining your normal dose regimen, you'll go back to the way things were without risking creating the opposite effect, a sudden dip in concentration.
