I don't know if anyone will agree with me, but 12-25 mg of Thorazine would really help. It has a long half-life. When I get a headache from Parnate I take 12 mg and it is the only thing that works. So if you took it at night, chance are you wouldn't get the headaches at all. 12 mg is a very small dose. You don't have to worry about TD or anything like that.
I would take it every night if i could because it made me feel "balanced", but it makes me lactate so I can't.
