Have used Seroquel for a few months for insomnia. Started at 25-50 mg at night, now at 50-75. Can also take half a pill when needed in the day. I am so sensitive to seroquel that I take it exactly 1 1/2 hours before bedtime and fall asleep instantly. I can't imagine taking over 100 mg in the daytime! This is a great drug and it works for me. I also take lamictal and lexapro.
