I have been clenching and grinding my teeth a lot since I began the Effexor, and I do believe it is a side effect of the drug. I've tried to counteract it by chewing gum as much as possible. Although I've been known to clench/grind in the past, the Effexor has really increased the desire. Also, I am very fidgety, can't seem to relax at all. I feel tired, but strung out.
