My first reaction when I read this is to ask you if you would consider using Zyprexa or any other AP as an antimanic / stabilizer. I wish there were more anecdotes on the board describing the use of Abilify in such circumstances. It would be a nice alternative if weight gain is an issue. Regardless, you could take a short trial of Zyprexa just to see whether or not persuing this strategy is warranted.
