SSRI just leave me flat and apathetic.I don't know if you are going to receive much of an improvement from selegiline or the low dosage of Zoloft you are taking. I would go all the way and take Parnate 40-80mg, continue with the lithium, and continue to increase the dosage of Lamictal to 200mg. Of course, you are going to have to discontinue both the Zoloft and the selegiline.
