Hello -
I'm currently taking 5mg of Zyprexa (as well as 40mg of Prozac) per day and have been for about a month. It knocked my depression on it's backside initially, but I'm starting to notice a partial return of my symptoms.
So, we're considering increasing the Zyprexa dosage to 10mg and moving to Zyprexa Zydis.
1) Does the weight gain, pancreatitis (sp?) & diabetes risk, carb cravings, etc. go up the more Zyprexa you're taking?
2) Does anyone have any information as to whether the Zydis version (dissolving tablet) minimizes the weight gain problem?Thanks for any help in advance.
