Fluoxetine (Prozac) is probably a better treatment for PE because the withdrawal symptoms are generally much milder than Effexor. Generic fluoxetine is effective and much cheaper than brand name Prozac. Go to your doctor!

Effexor and SSRIs like Prozac delay orgasm in most people.
