I've always befuddled psychiatrists because I would try taking less that the drug company recommended dosage. One doctor was amazed that I would go to the trouble of precisely dividing pills by using a pill splitter that's available from the local grocery store. Just because Prozac only comes in 20 mg (that was the case for a long time) doesn't mean that its the proper dosage for everyone on the planet.
