Can I take a FULL dose of Remeron and Celexa?

I seemed ok on 30mgs of remeron and 10 mgs of celexa. The doc said it was ok to take full doses of both, as he'd only seen 1 case of serotonin syndrome in his career.

Anyone with any experience. I've got to do something. I'm really losing it.
