At which dose of Seroquel you feel more sedated ??

hi guys
I wonder if you can share your experiences with me about the drug Seroquel . What do you believe is ,in your case,the dose of Seroquel that makes you feel more sedated and wanting to go to sleep.
I have read here that the lower the dose you take the more sedated you feel ,and that if you increase the dose until 300mg the sedating effect dissapear..
So what is your experiences guys ??
