I've never taken it Kara, but I would be suspicious of the idea that the grogginess will go away, not because it won't but because it will. In other words you develop tolerance. And you don't want any more tolerance to it than you have to have. So if you need Klonopin I would take the minimum effective dose, which would mean you'd have to use a pill grinder, or cut it into eighths or something.
