Yes!! And key word there is "selective." i'm sick of all these stupid drugs that antagonize 5-ht2a receptors but have a plethora of other pharmaco-properties, and hence side effects, as well (e.g., mirtazapine, nefazodone, trazodone, cyproheptadine, and certain APs)! And a selective 5-ht2a antagonist could be extremely useful potentially.
