I think the main purpose of life is to develope relationships with other people and have a family. With severe anxiety and depression, you are unable form relationships with others. Ironically, on nardil you finally can get the courage to meet others ... unforunately because I get massively overweight, memory difficulties and sexual dysfunction relationship are hard/impossible to maintain. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
