hi donna!! Declan is right, take it in the early evening, i take mine at 8 p.m., sometimes 7:30, and it does work on melatonin to help you sleep!! take it on an empty stomach if possible, with fruit juice, to allow it to cross the blood-brain barrier!! i take 3 caps a night, sleep well, and i have been feeling excellent lately!! it may take 2-4 weeks to build up in your system!!
taken during the day, it effects serotonin more so!! good luck...john
