Is psychosis the opposite of depression?

Is psychosis the opposite of depression?

I was thinking, since psychosis is too much dopamine, and depression is too little dopamine...

How is it possible to have them both at the same time, ie: people who have a psychotic depression??

Just wondered that's all.
