Hi folks, thanks for the replies.
Well firstly, I have had to come off cipramil because my GP (who is totally clueless) wanted me to come off cipramil and onto the reboxetine straight away i.e. no weaning. I started to do this and obviously felt awful, so have been weaning off the cipramil.
So now I don't have hardly any cipramil left so I thought, I might as well go without it. My GP doesn't know I have been taking it all this time. Ah well.
My thinking is now that the reboxetine is pooping out and that I might as well go med free for awhile. I mean I remember (about a year ago now) when I was med free and I had so much energy and I could do things etc and I was better. I then majorly crashed, which was due to the stress of doing a PGCE (a post degree teaching qualification) ... and hence was put on drugs. This seems to be a theme in my life - I do fine then something stressful happens and I really crash. I seem to have a really low threshold for stress it seems! So I figure if I go med free I should be alright as long as I am careful and exercise and make sure I don't stress too much. And get some good CBT and therapy - I haven't tried either yet, maybe i should.
