Stem Cell Therapy and the Serotonin Transporter.

Hi,
From what I've read depressed people have fewer Serotonin Transporters than non-depressed people. I was wondering how long we are looking at before they are able to use Stem Cell Therapy to increase the amount of transporters or am I simplifying things?
