at 225mg I personally dont notice a difference than at 150mg. I feel groggy, slow reaction, and not motivated! Due to my daily coffee/caffiene drink habitual routine, I get burst of energy from coffee but it goes away then I still feel groggy from the Effexor. Those stimulants you mentioned sound great, except they are extrmemly addictive and sold as street drugs in some places.
