Suffering again from no longer wanting to be on this waste ridden earth? Well Yes. Is that what you call suicidal ideation? Or something more concrete?

I try to remind myself that I am not my body, I am not my mind, I am not my personality, I am not my brain, I am not my spirit, that sort of thing.

Anyway, I too feel this so often.
