I have taken Ritalin+Valium, Klopinin. I have NEVER taken a Barbiturate, so i cannot comment on this.
ATS (Amphetamine type stimulants) +benzos seem to counteracy-somewhat each other. The stimulation from the ATS can still be felt BUT the anxiety is SOMEWHAT diminished by a suitable dose of a benzo-this combo is VERY common. Barbiturates (Amytal) are almost NEVER scripted nowadays, so i cannot comment on that.
