You don't have your babblemail switched on so I'm trying to contact you on this thread.
Inspired by yourself and others I've more or less made up my mind to go abroad for treatment.
To the US, Cannada or Australia.
May I ask what the name of the doctor your seeing in the US is?
(feel free not to tell me if you don't want to)
Can I also ask how you found a US doc who was willing to treat you?
What did you do about accomidation?
Also is there list of reputable US docs?
