Here's an idea for you, based on something I did during a period of unemployment: Check for jobs that might be enjoyable and less stressful. I called around to all the dog grooming places in my area, and got a job washing dogs at one of them. It was hard work physically, and I learned that I do not, in fact, like *all* dogs, but it was also a heck of a lot better than temp work in offices or working retail.
