Hi,
I took both together in the past.
I kept Prozac at 20 and started Tofranil at 10mg for a few days, then went to 25mg for some weeks I think and it was good because it gave something extra that Prozac could not give : concentration in everything,reading,writing, listening to music,watching tv..etc.
I raised to 50mg and was tolerable, but started to have more increase in appetite and gain some weight so went down.
I think it all depend on peoples chem. but I think that 25-75mg of Tofranil is enough with Prozac 20mg.Dark Horse.
