My brief experience with Cymbalta didn't yield much information about how this drug affects one longitudinally. I would trust Racer's account for how this drug behaves at varying dosages. I didn't like the way I felt at dosages above 60mg because it did make me somewhat somnolent and amotivational.
In what ways do you feel worse than when you started Cymbalta?
