I prefer Focalin XR. Concerta worked well but was a little "tunnel-like" at times. The Focalin seems sharper/better (subjectively) I wish there were some kind of electronic tuning machine that my doc could plug me into that would allow him to tweak blood chemistry for an afternoon and determine a "perfect combination" of meds that would work for me.
