I would imagine that would be a bad idea 'cause of serotonin syndrome as Nardil has quite a potent serotonin effect.
Are you trying to avoid withdrawal/depression during the washout? If you MUST take something whilst waiting to start the Nardil you could try some 5HTP but I would try to have at least 48hours off paxil before taking it and 48hours off it before starting Nardil. And start the Nardil low.
