hey sarah.
a long time ago i took Sonata. it worked initially, at first it gave me some really wierd dreams but it worked, no groggy feeling in morning. but after a while it pooped out and had to try something else.
i'm taking ambien now. i take 20mg and it makes me tired enough to try to go to sleep, doesn't 'knock me out or anything' but it does leave me a little groggy in morning.
i'd give sonata a chance.
b2c.

> Hi. If any of you have taken Sonata, could you tell me about your experience with it. Did it help you sleep? Was it a sound, restorative sleep? How does it compare with other sleep medications like Ambien or Lunesta? Does it impair memory?
