ALSO - why is alcohol considered 'self medicating' and popping an SSRI is not???? is it b.c drug co's make no money when you buy a case of wine? i dont get the double standard...i suppose it is b/c generally people popping SSRI's are seeing someone who oversees it - but hello - i got free samples of lex from my OB and i am tripping - wine worked much better.
