Wellbutrin SR once a day

My pdoc just upped my Wellbutrin SR from 150mg every morning to 225mg every morning. I read that single doses should not exceed 150mg! I also read that beyond 150mg, doses should be divided into twice a day dosing.

I also take 500mg Depakote at night.

I generally trust my pdoc but I'm worried about his dosing instructions. Any input?
