Addictional (Medical depenance? how would i know?

I have been Taking methylphenidate (Ritalin) 10mg IR tabs aroung 5-6 daily for 1.5 years for some PsyDoc authorised disorder.

Now i have read extensively about ATS (Amphetamine type Stimulants) and regularly E-mail a woman who takes a 30mg tab IR of Adderall 4 X daily=120mgs Adderalll daily. I also know of someone who has a Narcolepsy Diagnosis who took, was scripted 4-5 15mgs Desoxyn-methylphetamine SR 15mg tabs daily for 40 years.

Any advice would be gratefull
