Low dose zyprexa is good...2.5mg to 5mg. No probs with sex there, for me anyway. I think the one that is bad for sex is risperdal. Zyprexa is friendly to sex, has some antidepressant properties to it different than the ssri's (the dopamine thing), and turbocharges antidepressants. I have found that zyprexa blocks the sexual side effects of prozac or lexapro.
